Reboot & Factory Reset

Sometimes, a reset can help resolve issues with your NOWATCH. There are two types of resets: a Reboot and a Factory Reset, each designed for specific situations.

A Reboot is helpful if you’re experiencing:

  • Pairing difficulties.

  • No vibration, which may indicate a low battery.

  • Sensors not turning on.

A Factory Reset, which can be performed in-app or manually, is recommended when:

  • You’d like to pair your NOWATCH with a new mobile device.

  • As a last troubleshooting step, guided by our Customer Care team.
