Motion

Motion offers an intuitive way to track how much you are moving. This is important because moving at least once every hour is essential for your health, and long periods of inactivity can be detrimental.

Motion has 5 distinct levels: Rest, Light, Mild, Moderate, and Vigorous. A higher Motion level indicates greater movement, reflecting moments of increased activity such as walking, running, or engaging in vigorous exercises. On the other hand, a lower level suggests periods of relative inactivity or sedentary behaviour.
