Momentum Visual

The Momentum Visual is a representation of your current state. You can find it on the NOW tab in the NOWATCH app.

Connected to your data

Your data measurements influence the appearance of the Momentum Visual. It uses a combination of your heart rate, respiration rate, activity, and stress.

When your NOWATCH reads you to be in a balanced state, the movement slows down and takes a more circular shape. Being more energetic or stressed can speed up the movement of the particles. It can also create a more ruffled shape.
