Important Notice for iOS Users: Sleep Data Bug

We’ve identified a bug affecting sleep tracking on iOS. If the app is left open in the background overnight, your sleep data may not appear the following day.

Workaround:

  1. Before going to bed, completely force close the app on your iPhone.

  2. In the morning, reopen the app and wait for your watch and phone to sync.

  3. Your sleep data should then appear on the Overview screen as usual.

We are aware of this issue and are actively working on a fix. The bug is expected to be resolved in the next app release, scheduled for September 1, 2025.
