

Intentions Feature
The Intentions feature is only available for iOS devices for now.
It features short, actionable exercises that require no equipment and can be done anytime, anywhere.
There are four types of exercises, each designed to support your desired state of mind:
Resonance Breathing: A guided session that helps you sync your breathing with your heart rate. This technique supports relaxation and balance — helping you feel calmer and improve your overall mood.
Physiological Sigh: A guided breathing session that involves two quick inhales through the nose, followed by a slow, deep exhale through the mouth. This pattern helps your body quickly release tension, reduce stress, and return to a calm state.
1:2 Breathing: A guided session that helps calm the body by extending your exhale to be twice as long as your inhale. This breathing pattern calms your nervous system, lowers stress, and helps you feel more emotional balanced and in control.
Open Session: An unguided session to observe real-time changes in your HRV after any activity, offering insights into how different experiences affect your well-being.
A detailed report is generated after each session, showing key health metrics like Stress Gauge, Heart Rate, and HRV — both before and after the session. This helps you understand how your body responded as a result of the activity.
All completed sessions are saved in your Session History under the Intentions screen.
