Intentions Feature

The Intentions tab in the NOWATCH app offers short, actionable exercises that require no equipment and can be done anywhere.

We are expanding the collection to include 4 intentions:

  • Harness Stress

  • Boost Energy

  • Feel Positive

  • Return to Calm

You’ll also find the option to start an Open Session, allowing you to observe real-time changes in your HRV and gain insights into how various activities influence your well-being.
