How to Resolve Sensor Problems
1. Check Battery Levels
Often, the sensor lights may not turn on due to an inaccurate battery level indication. Make sure your NOWATCH is fully charged or at least above 50%. If the battery drops below this level, the sensors may remain off, especially after a reset.
2. Ensure Your Firmware and App Are Updated
It's important to keep both your NOWATCH firmware and app up to date.
3. Force-close the app
If the issue persists, force-close the NOWATCH app, wait a few seconds and reopen the app. Check if the sensors have turned on.
4. Reboot your NOWATCH
Make sure your device is charged and worn on your wrist before starting the reboot process. Then, follow the steps in this guide.
5. Use the charger to activate the sensors
Place your NOWATCH on the charger for 30 seconds.
Remove from the charger
Check if the sensors briefly light up, even without skin contact.
