Reboot & Factory Reset

Sometimes, a reset can help resolve issues with your NOWATCH. You can Reboot the device by turning it off and on, or perform a Factory Reset, which restores the default settings.

Reboot

A Reboot can help if you're experiencing:

  • Pairing issues after meeting all pairing requirements.

  • Weak or no vibrations

  • A reboot or reset loop that continues until the battery runs out.

Factory Reset

A Factory Reset is recommended if:

  • You're setting up your NOWATCH on a new mobile device— in this case, a factory reset is necessary.

  • You’d like to erase your data because you’re gifting the device to someone else.
