How to Resolve Watch Hands Problems
If the watch hands on your NOWATCH Time Disc have stopped working, it could be due to the internal crown not being properly adjusted.
The watch hands may stop functioning if the internal crown of your Time Disc isn’t correctly pressed in after setting the time. This issue is most likely to occur if you have recently:

Adjust the internal crown:
Gently pull out the internal crown of the Time Disc, then turn it to set the correct time.
Press it softly back in to ensure it’s properly positioned.
Reinsert and observe:
Place the Time Disc back into the case by following the step-by-step instructions in this article.
Check to see if the watch hands begin functioning correctly.

Fix Time Disc Rotation
Attaching the Time Disc Correctly
When attaching the Time Disc to the case, gently rotate or adjust it until it aligns with the 12 o’clock position. Once in place, listen for a clear ‘click’ — this sound confirms the disc is securely locked.
The click ensures that the disc is properly attached. Without it, the disc may detach from the case, even during light activities like walking.
