Solving Time Disc Issues

If the watch hands on your NOWATCH Time Disc have stopped working, it could be due to the internal crown not being properly adjusted. Follow the steps below to address the issue and get your watch hands moving again.

Why aren't the Watch Hands functioning?

The watch hands may stop functioning if the internal crown of your time disc isn’t correctly pressed in after setting the time. This issue is most likely to occur if you have recently:

  1. Purchased a new Time Disc

  2. Adjusted the time on your NOWATCH

Troubleshooting steps

  1. Remove the Time Disc:

    • Use your charger to carefully remove the Time Disc from the case. For detailed instructions on how to do this, please refer to this article.

  2. Adjust the Internal Crown:

    • Gently pull out the internal crown of the Time Disc, then turn it to set the correct time.

    • Press it softly back in to ensure it’s properly positioned.

  3. Reinsert and Observe:

    • Place the Time Disc back into the case by following the step-by-step instructions in this article.

    • Check to see if the watch hands begin functioning correctly.

Fix Time Disc Rotation

If your Time Disc isn’t properly fixed to the case, follow these steps to ensure it stays securely in place:

  • Check for a ‘Click’: When attaching the Time Disc to the case, listen for a clear ‘click’ at the 12:00 o’clock position. This sound confirms that the disc is properly locked and ready to use.

  • Why It Matters: Hearing the click is crucial, as it ensures the disc is firmly attached. Without it, the disc could detach from the case, even during soft activities like walking.

By making sure you hear this click, you can prevent any issues with the disc becoming loose or falling off.

These steps should resolve most issues with non-functioning watch hands or time disc rotation. We value your feedback, please let us know if this guide helped you solve the issue.
