Pairing Requirements

If you’re experiencing difficulties pairing your NOWATCH with your phone, please ensure the following steps are covered:

Power and Connection

  • Confirm that your NOWATCH is powered on, placed on your wrist, and ideally fully charged, or at least above 45%.

  • Ensure that your NOWATCH isn’t connected to another mobile device. If it was previously connected to a different device, perform a factory reset to clear past connections.

  • Verify that your mobile device isn’t already paired with another NOWATCH by checking the NX number in Bluetooth settings. Match this number with the NX number on the back of your NOWATCH. If there’s an unmatched NX number in your Bluetooth settings, please remove it.

Bluetooth

  • Confirm Bluetooth is enabled on your iOS or Android device and that your NOWATCH and phone are within Bluetooth range.

  • For Android devices, please make sure Location is turned on.

Software Updates

  • Ensure you’re using the latest version of the NOWATCH app and that your device’s operating system is up to date.

If you have covered the above but your NOWATCH and mobile device are still not pairing, then proceed with the following troubleshooting steps.
