Improving Stress Tracking Accuracy
If your stress levels appear inaccurately recorded during physical activities, it might be because the app hasn't correctly recognized the type of activity.
Why does this happen?
Activities such as walking, running, or cycling are usually classified as "Physical Activity" or "Physically Active & Stressed", depending on their intensity. However, sometimes the app may misinterpret these, leading to inaccurate stress readings.
How to improve accuracy
To help the app distinguish between physical activity and stress, log these sessions as "Workout". This adjustment ensures more precise tracking.
Adjusting past activities
If you notice discrepancies in your previous data, you can manually adjust the time frame of past activities. This allows you to correct any misclassified sessions, ensuring your data accurately reflects your experiences.
