More Accurate Stress Tracking
If your stress appears inaccurately recorded during physical activities, it might be because the app hasn’t correctly recognized the type of activity.
Activities such as walking, running, or cycling are usually classified as "Physical Activity" or "Physically Active & Stressed", depending on their intensity.
However, sometimes the app may misinterpret these, leading to inaccurate stress readings.
How to improve accuracy
To help the app better distinguish between physical activity and stress, log these sessions as "Workout".
This will improve the accuracy of your stress tracking.
Follow the steps below to log your activity:
In the Timeline tab, tap on the Stress Gauge lighting icon and hover over the point where (incorrect) stress was first detected.
Tap the + icon and select Log activity.
Enter the activity name, start and end time, and choose a category.
Tap Save to confirm.
