Ensure your device is sufficiently charged.
Ensure your device is on the charger: Keep your NOWATCH on the charger while updating the firmware.
Check your internet connection: Try switching between 5G and WiFi.
Perform a device reboot: Press and hold the power button for around 12 seconds until the device vibrates, and try again.
Wait and try again: Sometimes, you may need to wait out temporary issues with downloading the update.
