Steps to Troubleshoot Firmware Update Issues

To resolve any issues with updating the firmware on your NOWATCH device, please follow these steps:

  1. Ensure your device is sufficiently charged.

  2. Ensure your device is on the charger: Keep your NOWATCH on the charger while updating the firmware. 

  3. Check your internet connection: Try switching between 5G and WiFi. 

  4. Perform a device reboot: Press and hold the power button for around 12 seconds until the device vibrates, and try again. 

  5. Wait and try again: Sometimes, you may need to wait out temporary issues with downloading the update.

  6. Contact Support: If the issue persists, please reach out.
