Troubleshoot Firmware Update Issues

If you experience issues while installing a firmware update—such as a frozen screen, stalled installation, or update failure—follow these steps:

  1. Disconnect your NOWATCH from the charger.

  2. Close the NOWATCH app.

  3. Press and hold the crown for about 13 seconds until the device vibrates.

Once the NOWATCH and app automatically reconnect, check the installed firmware version to confirm if the update was successful. If the update failed, try updating the firmware again by following the steps in these guides:
