Troubleshooting login and connection issues with your NOWATCH

If you're having trouble logging in or connecting your NOWATCH, please follow these steps to resolve any potential issues.

1. Update Your NOWATCH App and Firmware

The first step to resolving connection problems is to make sure you’re using the latest versions:

  • App Version: Ensure you have the latest NOWATCH app version, 2.0.7.

  • Firmware: Make sure your device firmware is up to date. The current version is 2024.07.30.1.

Having the most recent versions ensures that your device and app are equipped with the latest features and fixes.

2. Keep Your Phone Software Updated

An outdated operating system can cause connectivity issues. Make sure your phone's software is up to date by checking for any available updates in your device settings.

3. Keep the NOWATCH App Running in the Background and open the app at least one time per day.

For a seamless experience, make sure to open the app once per day and keep the NOWATCH app open in the background throughout the day. This helps with maintaining consistent data syncing and Bluetooth connectivity.

4. Enable Location Services on Android Devices

If you’re using an Android phone, ensure that Location Services are enabled. This setting is necessary for stable Bluetooth connections between your NOWATCH and your phone.
