Navigate to the HRV graph

Heart rate variability (HRV) is the variance in time between the beats of your heart. Even at a consistent heart rate of 60 beats per minute, the intervals are not evenly one second apart. This irregularity is normal and healthy.

NOWATCH measures your HRV at night. Follow the steps below to navigate to the HRV graph.

In the NOWATCH app,

  1. On the NOW tab, tap the Momentum Visual

  2. Tap a tile to access the Insights screen.

  3. Scroll to the HRV graph.

  4. Swipe the graph to a time when you were asleep.

As with Sleep data, processing your HRV data may take a while to appear in the app after waking up. You can expect daytime HRV in the near future.
