Keep your NOWATCH in top condition
To keep your NOWATCH in excellent condition, follow these simple maintenance tips:
Regular cleaning: Wipe the exterior with a microfiber cloth to remove fingerprints and smudges.
Disc maintenance: Regularly remove and clean your disc and device to prevent it from getting stuck. If it does get stuck, a small suction cup can help.
Avoid abrasives: Do not use abrasive materials or harsh chemicals, as these may cause discolouration.
Extreme temperatures: Keep your NOWATCH away from extreme temperatures and chemicals to maintain its longevity.
Temperature and Water Resistance
To ensure your NOWATCH remains in excellent condition, it's important to understand how it responds to water and heat.
Water Resistance
All our NOWATCH models are water-resistant up to 5ATM (50 meters), meaning they are safe for everyday contact with water, such as handwashing, rain, or showering.
Kindly note that measurement accuracy may be reduced or interrupted when the device is submerged.
Heat Exposure
NOWATCH can tolerate normal temperature fluctuations but should not be exposed to excessive heat above 60°C (140°F), as this may damage the device.
Tips for cleaning a Woven Strap
To keep your strap in top condition, follow these simple steps for cleaning and care:
Remove the strap: Detach the strap from your watch to make cleaning easier and prevent the watch from getting wet.
Gentle cleaning: Use a soft cloth or sponge with warm water and a mild detergent or soap. Gently scrub the strap to remove dirt or grime, avoiding harsh chemicals that could damage the material.
Soak if needed: If the strap is particularly dirty, soak it in warm water for a few minutes before cleaning, but be sure not to soak it for too long.
Rinse thoroughly: After cleaning, rinse the strap under cool water to remove any soap residue.
Dry properly: Pat the strap dry with a clean towel and allow it to air dry completely, away from direct heat or sunlight, to prevent damage or discoloration.
