You can pair your NOWATCH with one active instance of the NOWATCH app.
Choosing the device that works best for you, keep in mind that while your NOWATCH continuously records data,
its storage capacity is limited to roughly 24 hours' worth of data.
recorded data is transferred from your NOWATCH to the app only when they are connected.
The conditions for connection are
On your smartphone or tablet, Bluetooth is enabled.
Your smartphone or tablet is within Bluetooth range of your NOWATCH.
The NOWATCH app is open or running in the background.
Your NOWATCH is sufficiently charged.
