Battery level, Low Battery Notification | iOS

The NOWATCH device and app need to be connected for the battery level to display, as the device communicates its battery status to the app.

To view the battery level follow the steps below: 

  1. Open the NOW tab.

  2. Select the Settings icon in the top-right corner. 

  3. At the top of the Settings screen, within the watch icon, you can check your device’s battery level.

Below the battery level, you can confirm the device is properly connected to the app. 

Low Battery Notification

To enable low-battery notifications, follow the steps below:

  1. Open the NOW tab.

  2. Select the Settings icon in the top-right corner. 

  3. Scroll to Settings and toggle on Low Battery Notification

Notifications will be triggered under the following conditions:

  • The option is enabled.

  • The NOWATCH app is open or running in the background when the battery level falls within the 0%-25% range.

  • The NOWATCH app has Notification permissions enabled in your device settings. 

To enable notification permissions on your iOS device follow these steps:

  1. In your phone Settings, tap Notifications

  2. Tap the app from which you want to receive notifications.

  3. Turn on Allow Notifications and customize how and where you’d like to receive them.

You can set alerts to display on your Lock Screen, in the Notification Center, or as a banner.
