Is your Alarm not working as expected?
The alarm vibrates continuously for 1 full minute, making it easy to distinguish from other types of vibrations like Random or Prolonged Stress (which are shorter and patterned).
If you’re unsure whether the alarm is working correctly or you're confusing it with other vibrations, turn off Random and Prolonged Stress vibrations temporarily while testing the alarm.
If your alarm isn’t going off at the scheduled time, try the following steps:
Delete any existing alarms from all phones that have ever been connected to your NOWATCH, including any old or unused devices.
Set a new alarm in the app on your current phone.
