What is the Activity Feature about
The Activity feature is a habit tracker that allows you to monitor any physical or non-physical activity. By recording activities, you contextualize your data in the Timeline and gain insights into how these habits impact your well-being.
With detailed heart-related metrics, such as Heart Rate (HR), HR Zones and Motion (movement), you can better understand how each activity affects your body. These metrics are key to interpreting the physiological impact of your activities and fine-tuning your routines for better health.
Activity Detection
Walking, cycling, and running are automatically detected and labelled. Nevertheless, we recommend manually recording any activity you want to track, and not relying solely on activity detection.
Where to view your Activity
Go to the Timeline tab.
At the top of any graph, you'll see various icons showing human figures walking, cycling, dancing, and more. These icons represent your logged activities.
Tap on any icon to view, edit, or delete the activity.
