Before you request a return

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery for purchases made through our webshop or physical store.

Returned items must be undamaged and include all items from the original purchase: device, disc (NOWATCH X only), straps, charger, and USB-C cable.

Please also have your order number ready, as we'll ask for it.

Is your device or app not working as expected, but you still love the watch? Let's troubleshoot together before requesting a return. Find the best way to reach us here. If you think the device is defective, you can also request an exchange covered under our Warranty policy.

How to submit a return request

To request a return, fill in our web form.

Our Customer Care team will review your request and get back to you with the next steps.

When submitting your request, please include:

• The reason for your return

What happens next

Once your request is reviewed and approved:

1. You will receive an email with a URL to access our Return portal.
2. After you complete it, a DHL return shipping label will be emailed to you.
3. You can either schedule a pickup or drop off your package at a DHL Service Point.
4. We aim to process your refund within 2 business days after receiving your return.
5. Refunds are issued to your original payment method and may take up to 10 days to appear, depending on your payment provider.
