What is the NOWATCH Together dashboard?
The NOWATCH Together dashboard is a web-based platform designed for laptop and desktop use (tablet support is not yet available). It allows you to view your data on a larger screen, offering a clear and analytical perspective of your trends and patterns.
While the app remains your primary tool for daily use, the dashboard is ideal for deeper analysis, comparisons, and shared data.
Why use the dashboard?
The Dashboard complements the app by providing:
A larger visual experience: Viewing your data on a bigger screen makes long-term trends and patterns easier to identify.
Better comparison capabilities: If you share dashboards with others, you can review multiple data sets side by side.
Enhanced analysis and exports: The Dashboard is particularly useful for detailed reviews and processed data exports.
Group and research applications: Designed to support structured use cases such as teams, groups, and research studies.
Who is the dashboard designed for?
The dashboard is useful for:
Individual users who prefer a larger, more analytical interface
Groups and teams using shared tracking
Researchers and universities analysing participant trends and exports
How dashboard data works
The dashboard does not collect data directly. All data displayed originates from the NOWATCH app.
For your data to appear correctly:
Your watch must be connected to the app
Your app must be synced
Recent data must be uploaded
If the app hasn’t synced recently, the Dashboard may not reflect your latest data.
Sharing and collaboration
The Dashboard allows you to:
Invite others to view your dashboard
View shared dashboards from other users
Export processed data for external analysis
Dashboard structure: How to navigate it
Home
The Home section provides a personalised summary of your data, designed to give you a clear overview at a glance. It is organised into the following sections:
AI Summary
Average Stress Duration
Typicals
Highlights
Groups
You'll also find a group overview next to the highlights section, displaying each group you are part of and the number of active members (users who have synced data in the past three days). Selecting a group will open the dedicated page with that group's information and data.

In here, you can interact with your personal Timeline and Overview data:

You can also change the date at the top and see when your dashboard was last synced at the top right.
Groups
Use this section to organize the dashboards you have access to.
Good to know: You can add members while creating a new group, so there's no need to do it separately afterward.
You can:
- Create groups using the + icon
Manage groups via the three-dot menu:
- Add or remove members from group
- Rename group
- Delete group
Within a group dashboard, you can interact with Timeline and Overview data:
