What we offer research partners

We’re happy to support research studies and other professional projects by providing NOWATCH devices at a discounted rate. This makes it easier for teams to access our tools, run pilots, or collect real‑world data.

Current research discount levels

Discounts apply to full watch configurations with metal discs only. Accessories or partial sets are not included in this discount structure.

Choose one of the three full configurations below. Prices shown are the full retail price before any research discount is applied.

• Metal discs and straps may vary depending on inventory when you place the order.

• Discounts are strictly for the full sets above; accessory purchases such as extra discs, straps, or chargers are not discounted under this program at the moment and should be bought separately if needed.

How to proceed

1. Decide on the number of devices you’d like to order and which full set(s) you prefer.

   • If you want different colors across the order, let us know so we can check stock and confirm what’s feasible.

2. When contacting our Customer Care team, please include the following details:

   • Number of devices you’re interested in

   • Preferred full watch configuration(s)

   • Full name

   • Company or research institution name

   • Email address

   • Shipping address

3. We will confirm details, availability, and the final discounted price.

4. We will process the order for you and arrange shipment once the details have been discussed and agreed upon.

   • For larger orders, timelines may vary depending on stock, so early contact is recommended.
