In this article, you’ll learn the difference between processed and raw data, how to export each type, and what information you can access.
Processed and raw data overview
You can export two types of data from your NOWATCH:
- Processed Data Export: Includes interpreted metrics such as sleep, heart rate, and activity. This is ideal for reviewing your health trends, sharing insights with healthcare professionals, supporting research, or keeping a personal record.
- Raw Data Export: Includes unprocessed sensor measurements for advanced analysis or research purposes.
How to export processed data
You can export up to 90 days of data at a time. Choose a specific date range and select the metrics you want to include.
Open the Now tab.
Tap Settings (gear icon, top left).
Scroll to Data Export and tap Export your data.
Select your date range and the data types you want.
Your file will download as a CSV.
