Limited Warranty
NOWATCH devices come with a 2-year limited warranty for the original end-user purchaser, covering defects in materials or workmanship. To obtain warranty service, customers must provide proof of purchase.
The warranty applies to manufacturing defects under normal use and only covers issues attributable to the production process or materials used.
What isn't covered:
- Lost or stolen products
- Damage caused by accidental misuse, negligence, or tampering by unauthorized representatives
- Normal wear and tear, such as scratches or dents from everyday use
- Consumable parts, including batteries
- Secondhand purchases from unauthorized resellers
- The warranty applies to products purchased from the NOWATCH online store or authorized retailers, unless otherwise noted.
How to submit a Warranty claim
To request warranty service, please contact us via the web form, describe the issue with your device, and include your order number. Once we review the issue, we’ll let you know whether your NOWATCH will be repaired or replaced.
