Return window
We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. If you purchased your NOWATCH through our webshop or a physical store, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.
If you purchased your NOWATCH through a third-party retailer, please contact them directly to arrange your return.
Conditions
Returned items must be undamaged and include all items from the original purchase. For a complete NOWATCH set, this means the device, disc (if you own a NOWATCH X), strap, charger, and USB-C cable.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method, in the same currency as the original payment. Please note that exchange rates may vary, and any shipping fee paid from the original order is non-refundable.
Sending your return

Locate your order on the returns page.
You can either schedule a pickup or drop off your package at a DHL Service Point. If you choose a pickup, you can arrange it using your waybill (AWB or tracking code) via the DHL pickup link.
Please note that for international shipments, contactless pickup isn’t possible — you’ll need to be present to hand the shipment directly to the courier.
Processing times
We aim to process returns and refunds within 2 business days of delivery. We’ll notify you when we receive your return and once your refund has been processed. From there, it may take up to 10 days for the funds to appear, depending on your payment method.
You’ll receive email notifications as your return moves through each step.
Shipping costs
Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, as outlined in our Purchase Terms and Conditions. Approximate return shipping costs per region are:
Netherlands: €15
Rest of Europe: €22
United Kingdom: €25
United States and Canada: €25
