How to set up the NOWATCH app

Requirements to use the NOWATCH app

Your NOWATCH pairs with the NOWATCH app to measure key health metrics such as heart rate, sleep, and steps, with a core focus on what often drives many health issues: stress.

The app is compatible with the following devices:

• iOS: version 16.0 or newer

• Android: version 10 or newer

The watch connects via Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) and is designed to be EMF-safe for everyday use.

• iOS users: Download the app on the App Store. 
• Android users: Download the app on Google Play. 

Complete the app setup while your watch is on the charger

• Open the app and follow the step-by-step instructions shown during the onboarding.
• Make sure to place the NOWATCH on the charger during the entire setup process.

How to place the NOWATCH X on the charger

• Place the watch on the charger with the crown (button) opposite the charging cable. This means the crown should be on the same side as the charger’s LED light (see ✅).

• When placed correctly, the charger’s LED light will turn on.

• If the watch isn’t aligned correctly, the LED light will remain off (see ❌).

How to place the NOWATCH B on the charger

• Place the watch on the charger with the crown (button) opposite the charging cable. 

• When positioned correctly, the watch hands will move to the 12:00 position, and the watch will stay firmly in place on the charger.
