If it appears that you are not getting any data or are having data gaps, please confirm

  1. That your NOWATCH and app are connected. The connection status states 'Connected'.

  2. The green LED lights on the bottom of your NOWATCH are blinking, which you can see by slightly lifting it off your wrist. 

  3. NOWATCH device orientation and placement. The way you wear your NOWATCH can affect the accuracy of the readings. The NOWATCH crown should always point at 8 o'clock.

  4. The strap is not too loose or tight. If the device comes loose during activity, it may not provide accurate data.

  5. Your Profile settings are correct.

  6. You are using the latest software. We regularly test and address any issues with software updates.
