If you're still having trouble pairing your NOWATCH with your mobile device, try these steps to resolve the issue:

Force closing and reconnecting

iOS devices
  1. Force quit the NOWATCH app

  2. Toggle Bluetooth: Turn Bluetooth off, wait a few seconds, and then turn it back on.

  3. Reopen the NOWATCH App: Open the app and wait a few seconds until the watch reconnects with the app. No more actions required.

Android devices
  1. Force-stop the NOWATCH app

  2. Open the app and wait a few seconds until the watch reconnects with the app. No more actions required.

Device Reset

If these steps do not resolve the issue, you may need to reset your NOWATCH. For both iOS and Android devices, please refer to the instructions for performing a Reboot or Factory Reset.
