  1. Bluetooth is enabled on your Android or iOS device.

  2. Location is enabled (Android-only).

  3. Your NOWATCH is powered on. This means that

    • It is charged.

    • It is on your wrist.

  4. You are using the latest software.

    • Check for OS updates.

    • Check for app updates in Google Play or App Store.

  5. Your NOWATCH and phone are in close proximity.

  6. The NOWATCH app is open or running in the background.
