HOW CAN I FACTORY RESET MY NOWATCH?

A factory (hard) reset is needed

• Every time you want to pair your NOWATCH with a new instance of the NOWATCH app. For example, when you purchased a new tablet or phone,

• Sometimes, as a last resort step in troubleshooting an issue and per the recommendation of Customer care.

You can complete the process in-app or manually.

During the reset, your NOWATCH and app may disconnect multiple times. This is expected.
