Requirements

If you experience difficulties pairing your NOWATCH to your phone, confirm the following:

  1. Power and Connection:

    • Ensure your NOWATCH is powered on, on your wrist, and charged ideally fully, but at least above 45%.

    • Verify that your NOWATCH is not connected to another mobile device. If it was previously connected to another mobile device, perform a factory reset first.

    • Ensure your mobile device is not connected to another NOWATCH by verifying the NX number in Bluetooth settings and matching it with the NX number on the back of your NOWATCH.
      If you find an NX number in Bluetooth settings that does not match the NX number on the back of the device you are pairing, remove it from Bluetooth settings.

  2. Bluetooth

    • Bluetooth is enabled on your Android or iOS device. Your NOWATCH and phone are within Bluetooth range.

    • For Android devices, make sure Location is on.

  3. Software Updates

    • Make sure you are using the latest app and OS.

If you have covered the above, try the following additional steps.

When you have covered the above but your NOWATCH and mobile device do not pair, then proceed with the following steps.
