HOW DOES NOWATCH ESTIMATE STRESS LEVEL?
The StressLevel algorithm is tailored to your specific physiology, meaning that it calibrates to your natural fluctuations by assessing your skin conductance range (i.e. minimum and maximum value) and attributing it a value from 1 (no stress or calm) to 1000 (very high stress). The algorithm is updated at 21-day intervals.
This estimate takes two weeks to calibrate and is continuously updated based on the last 21 days. In the future, you will be able to further help improve these estimates by recording your mood.
